A Thoughtful Space for Important Matters
No Pressure, No Agenda
Our approach is entirely facilitative. We do not draft documents or offer advice requiring a professional licence.
Built Around Your Family
We work with the pace, language, and preferences of your household — whether one person or several generations are involved.
Structured Clarity
We help you build a shared, logical system for documents and keepsakes — one everyone in the family can understand and access.
Respectful Discretion
All information shared with us stays within the family's control. We handle personal details with great care and full confidentiality.
Signposting, Not Replacing
When specialist guidance is needed — legal, financial, or otherwise — we help you identify the right questions to bring to the right professionals.
At a Considered Pace
These conversations take time. We structure each engagement so families feel at ease, never hurried through something that deserves reflection.
Is Now the Right Time to Begin?
Many families find that the right moment is simply when someone in the family asks the question. We are here when you are ready.
Frequently Asked
What exactly does Lineara do?
We facilitate family conversations, help organise personal documents and keepsakes, and create shared systems that make important records easy to find and understand. We do not draft legal documents or provide professional advice.
Who typically uses your services?
Families with members across two or more generations — often those who have not yet sat down together to talk about shared records, property documents, sentimental items, or future intentions. Expat families in Chiang Mai also find our structured approach particularly helpful.
Do sessions take place at your office or in our home?
Both are possible. The Generations Conversation Session can take place at our Nimmanhaemin Road studio or at your family home. The Records & Keepsakes Workshop is generally most effective on-site at your home, where the documents and items are already present.
How long does the Continuity & Care Programme take?
The programme runs over approximately three months, with regular check-ins and working sessions. Families move at their own pace — some finish sooner, others take a little longer. The timeline is yours to shape.
Will you involve lawyers or financial advisers?
No — but we will help you identify where that kind of help is appropriate and what questions to bring to those specialists. Our role is purely organisational and facilitative.
Is the information we share kept confidential?
Completely. We handle all information with strict discretion. Details shared during sessions remain entirely within your family's control and are not shared with third parties.
Can we start with just one session and decide later?
Absolutely. Many families begin with a single Generations Conversation Session, which provides a natural starting point. There is no obligation to continue unless the family chooses to.
