Pranom Thanakit

We had been putting off this conversation for two years. After the Generations Conversation Session, my mother finally explained where she keeps all her important papers and what she would like us to do with the house. That alone was worth everything. The facilitator was patient and never made anyone feel rushed.

Martin & Helen Forsythe
British expats, Chiang Mai
We have assets in three countries and our documents were truly scattered. Ananda from Lineara spent a full day at our home and produced a system we can both use and maintain. Six months later, it is still working well. It is a practical, human service — exactly what we needed.

I booked the Continuity & Care Programme after my father became unwell. I will admit the first session was more emotional than I expected — but Siriwan handled it with real care. By the third month we had a clear, organised picture of our family's records. I would have liked slightly more check-ins during the middle months, but the overall result was very helpful.

Klaus & Wilai Bauer
German-Thai family, Chiang Mai
As a mixed-nationality family we had documents in German, Thai, and English. Lineara handled all of it without requiring translation first — they just organised by category and flagged what we needed to address next. Very efficient, very calm. We have recommended them to two other expat families we know.

My grandmother has a lot of photographs and letters from her early life that we did not want to lose. Lineara helped us create a catalogued keepsake archive with notes on each item from her. It became something of a family history project, which none of us expected. Very worthwhile.

Amara & Luca Conti
Thai-Italian family, Chiang Mai
We started with just the conversation session and ended up booking the programme three weeks later. The first session opened up discussions we had avoided for years. Lineara was gentle about the fact that some matters — the Italian inheritance situation in particular — needed a proper lawyer, and they helped us find one. Good honest work.

How the Work Unfolded
A Three-Generation Thai Family, Chiang Mai
The Situation
A family with three generations living across Chiang Mai had never held a formal conversation about their land deeds, savings accounts, or the grandmother's wishes for her jewellery collection. The grandmother was in good health but in her late seventies, and two adult children had different assumptions about what would happen to the family property.
What Lineara Did
The family began with a Generations Conversation Session, which surfaced the differing assumptions. Lineara facilitated a second meeting focused specifically on the property question, then recommended the family engage a Thai property lawyer for the formal documents. Lineara organised the existing paperwork into a clear reference file.
The Outcome
Within six weeks, the family had a shared document index, a written note of the grandmother's wishes for her jewellery, and a referral to a property lawyer who could formalise the land succession. Both adult children reported feeling considerably less anxious about the future.
"We had been walking around a subject we all knew needed attention. Lineara made it possible to sit down together."
A British Expat Couple, Retiring in Chiang Mai
The Situation
A couple in their sixties had retired to Chiang Mai from the UK with pensions, property in two countries, and adult children back in Britain. Their documents were split across two laptops, a filing cabinet, and a storage unit in Edinburgh. They had no single person who knew where everything was.
What Lineara Did
Lineara designed a three-month Continuity & Care Programme, coordinating digitally with the Edinburgh storage facility to create an inventory. A shared digital folder structure was built that both their UK children and a trusted Chiang Mai contact could navigate. Legal items were flagged for their existing UK solicitor.
The Outcome
A single, cross-referenced archive covering documents in the UK and Thailand. Their adult children received a summary guide explaining where everything is and who to contact in each country. The couple described it as "a weight genuinely lifted."
"Our children now know exactly what to do. That was the whole point."
